Scott Sherman

Engineering Manager, Knee and Hip Arthroplasty team

Arthrex, Inc.

 

He has been with Arthrex since 2007.  He has been working in the medical device industry since 1985.  Scott studies leadership, innovation and product development techniques.  He often engages in public speaking opportunities presenting on innovation and engineering. Some of his recent presentations include: Bioengineering Florida, BioEngineering Society at Florida State University and to the BioMedical Engineering Society at Florida Gulf Coast University.

Scott was honored as one of the 2016 class of “25 over 50” by the Naples Daily News for his contributions to our community. Scott was also chosen as a Naples Illustrated “Superman” in 2016.

He is a graduate of the Leadership Collier Foundation class of 2014.

Scott sits on the Board of Directors for Leadership Collier Foundation, and Valerie’s House (grieving children).

Scott is a single father raising his daughter Shealyn who has Aspergers (a less severe form of Autism).
